Registration Fee can be paid by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer or by Bank Draft (Indian delegates only) in favour of "6TH ICEG" payable at New Delhi. Please click on the Registration link at the top right corner of this page to register for the Congress.

Note:

  1. SAARC countries are Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.
  2. INR corresponds to Indian National Rupee. For local conversion rates please refer www.xe.com .
  3. Registration fee includes the registration kit, proceedings, tea / coffee / refreshments in-between the technical sessions, lunch on all the days of the conference, welcome reception and the banquet.
  4. Registration fee for companion includes free entry to companion programs / tea / coffee / refreshments in-between the technical sessions, lunch on all the days of the conference, welcome reception and the banquet.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Oct 8, 2010 - 10% Cancellation Fee will be charged
  2. Between Oct 8 - 22, 2010 -25% cancellation Fee will be charged
  3. After Oct 22, 2010 - No Refunds
  4. Cancellation to be conveyed in writing / email / fax to the Congress Secretariat with copy to Congress Manager (Kuoni Destination Management) . Verbal communication not admissible.
  5. Date of receipt of communication for cancellation will be used for calculating amount of refund.
  6. Refunds will be credited only to the account from where registration amount was received.
  7. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
