An exhibition of new equipment, new instruments, new materials, geosynthetics, engineering software, technical books, designers, consultants, contractors, and research organizations will be arranged at the Congress venue. Delhi witnesses pleasant weather in November, as such the exhibition will be held in an open area.

In order to maximize footfalls, the exhibition layout has been designed at the perimeter of the Lunch and Tea / Coffee area which is adjacent to Plenary Session Hall.

Other visitors to the conference venue will also have an opportunity to walk through the exhibition area.

Stalls

A total of 24 stalls (in open area, with small canopy) are available for display:

14 stalls are 3 m (wide) x 3 m (deep) : Tariff US$ 3500 per stall
10 stalls are 3 m (wide) x 2 m (deep) : Tariff US$ 2500 per stall
(Stall nos. 21 (9 sq. m.) and 22 (6sq.m.) are only available together and not individually)

Each exhibition stall will comprise of the following:

  • Chairs - 2
  • Table - 1
  • Side walls (Octanorm Structure) -3
  • Spot Lights - 2
  • Power Point (5 /15 Amps) -1
  • Facia - 1
  • Carpet – 1
  • Canopy - 1
  • Chairs -2
Additional Facilities for each Exhibitor:
  • Complimentary Congress registration for one appointed delegate
  • Complimentary lunch coupon for one stall representative
  • Complimentary placement of leaflet in registration kit (leaflet to be provided by exhibitor)
Early Bird Benefits:
  1. Full Payment by March 31, 2010: 15% discount
  2. Full Payment by June 30, 2010: 5% discount
