Dates and Venue
The Congress will be held during November 8 - 12, 2010 (Monday to Friday). It will have four days of Technical Sessions (Monday - Thursday) and one day of Field visits (Friday). The Congress will be held in a five star equivalent environment of India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The Centre has a state-of-the-art convention centre with a number of big and small halls equipped with modern amenities to hold plenary and keynotes sessions, parallel sessions, workshops, poster sessions and exhibition.
